16 ozs fresh strawberries hulled
1 cup light sour cream
1 cup half and half
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsps white wine
reserved strawberry slices for garnish
mint leaves for garnish
Combine all in food processor and process until smooth. Chill until serving time. Garnish with sliced fresh strawberries and mint.
